message.txt Dialog
This dialog displays the contents of the FSImp file Resources\plugins\FSImp\message.txt.
It has a number of checkboxes to filter the display.
Clear empties the message file
error enables lines that start with ERROR:
warnings enables lines that start with WARNING:
info enables lines that start with INFO:
others enables all other lines
